- View customers
- Edit / view orders (last 60 days)

These permissions are necessary for specific functionalities within the app. View customers is utilized to populate the customer name column in the orders table, and the edit / view orders permission is required to access shipping address details and facilitate automatic order fulfillment.

5. App Privacy Details

APC 123 accesses two types of personally identifiable information (PII):

• Customer personal information: This includes contact details like name, email, phone number, and address. Additionally, for apps managing orders, fulfillment, or shipping also require access to location information (such as IP address and geolocation) and user agent information (like browser and operating system).
• Shopify store owner personal information: This encompasses contact information for the store owner, including name, email, phone number, and addresses of all associated locations.

6. GDPR

You have the right to revoke data access by uninstalling the app at any time. Upon uninstallation, a request is sent to erase all personal information collected by the app from your customers within 48 hours.

If you request the erasure of an individual customer's personal data via Shopify, the same request is sent to every app you've installed that might contain that customer's information. To confirm the deletion of requested data, please reach out to us using the contact details provided below.

7. Limitation of Liability

APC 123 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or other representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app, even if APC 123 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Users agree that the total liability of APC 123 for any claim under this privacy policy shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to APC 123 for the app in question.
